Business Consulting that actually changes your numbers

We sit inside your operation for weeks, not hours. The result is a plan you can execute next Monday, built on the data your own team already collects but rarely reads.

The gap between where you are and where you want to be

What we keep hearing

  • Revenue is growing but margins are shrinking every quarter.
  • Departments duplicate work because nobody owns the handoff.
  • Board meetings end with actions but no deadlines.
  • Hiring is reactive: you recruit after someone leaves, not before you need them.

What changes after we work together

Within four to six weeks you get a prioritised action map. It shows where money leaks, which processes can be merged, and what your team should stop doing entirely. We stay on call for 90 days after delivery to help you implement the first three items on the list.

Clients who follow through on at least half the recommendations typically see cost reductions of 12 to 18 per cent within one financial year. That is not a promise printed on a brochure; it is an average across 47 engagements completed since 2021.

How an engagement works

Four stages, each with a clear deliverable. No stage starts until you approve the previous one.

Stage 1

Diagnostic week

We interview key staff, review your P&L, and map your core workflows. You receive a written diagnostic memo by Friday.

Stage 2

Analysis and modelling

We build scenario models around the two or three biggest opportunities found in the diagnostic. Each model includes risk estimates and a timeline.

Stage 3

Action map delivery

A working document your managers can use directly. It assigns owners, sets milestones and lists the metrics you will track.

Stage 4

Implementation support

90 days of on-call guidance. We join your fortnightly review meetings and adjust the plan when real-world data disagrees with the model.

What we work on

Financial performance review

We dissect your cost structure line by line. Most clients discover that 20 to 30 per cent of their overhead sits in subscriptions, legacy contracts or duplicated vendor relationships nobody has questioned in years.

Operational efficiency

We time your workflows, count handoffs and measure wait states. The goal is fewer steps, faster cycles and less rework. One logistics client cut order-processing time from 48 hours to 11 hours after a single engagement.

Strategic planning

Annual plans that sit in a drawer help nobody. We build rolling 90-day plans tied to monthly KPIs. Each plan fits on two pages and your leadership team reviews it together, not in isolation.

People and structure

Org charts grow by accident. We assess whether your reporting lines match your actual decision-making patterns, then propose changes that reduce bottlenecks without adding headcount.

Consult Clarity Pros team in their co-working space

Who we are

Consult Clarity Pros started in 2019 when two former operations directors got tired of watching good companies waste money on advice they could never implement. We decided to build a consultancy that stays until the work is done.

Our team now includes five consultants. Two specialise in manufacturing and supply chain; one focuses on professional services firms; two cover retail and hospitality. Every engagement is led by someone who has managed a P&L in the same sector you operate in.

We are based in England and work with clients across the country, on-site or remotely depending on what the project requires.

Questions we hear often

How much does an engagement cost?

Diagnostic-only projects start at £4,500. A full four-stage engagement for a company with 20 to 80 employees typically falls between £12,000 and £28,000 depending on scope. We quote a fixed fee before work begins; there are no hourly surprises.

Do you work with startups?

We work best with businesses that have at least two years of trading history and a team of ten or more. Startups at an earlier stage usually need a different kind of support, and we are happy to point you toward advisors who specialise in that phase.

Can you work remotely?

Yes. The diagnostic week works best with at least two days on-site, but the rest of the engagement can be conducted over video calls and shared documents. About a third of our projects since 2022 have been fully remote.

What if we disagree with your recommendations?

That happens, and it is useful. We present our reasoning along with the data behind each recommendation. If you disagree, we adjust. The action map is yours, not ours; it has to reflect decisions your leadership team will actually follow through on.

How quickly can you start?

We usually have capacity to begin a new engagement within two to three weeks of signing. If your situation is urgent, tell us and we will see what we can rearrange.
